"I had enviroclean come to my home last week to clean a rug and freshen up one of my upholstered sofas. The sofa is covered in regular upholstery, nothing out of the ordinary. I was told that the sofa would take approximately 5-6 hours to dry out. 24 hours later, it still hadn't completely dried out and I noticed that were marks all over the side and back of the sofa where a cleaning tool had been dragged across the fabric, leaving what I can only describe as teeth marks. When the sofa was completely dry, around 36 hours later, the marks were still there and the fabric had become rock hard, feeling like sand paper. I've been trying to get a satisfactory outcome to this problem ever since. Initially both the person who carried out the work - Paul Masters - and the Facebook admin person both ignored all messages from me for 5-6 days. It was only when I threatened further action, that I receieved a reply. Despite what it says on the company website, they now say they don't 'offer guarantees' . They offered a re-clean but when I asked about what happens in the eventuality that further damage is done or the re-clean doesn't; solve this problem, they refuse to answer. I asked for a different person to do the re-clean, for obvious reasons, but again they have refused this. They will only communicate via FB messenger and refuse to pick up the phone, refuse to answer straightforward questions and seem to think that customers are idiots. Use this company at your peril! A complete and utter nightmare from start to finish ... one of the most unprofessional setups I've ever had the misfortune to deal with!"
