Earnings & profitability
What could you earn with an Enviro Clean franchise?
When considering a franchise investment, knowing what you could potentially earn is a big part of the decision.
Our financial projections are designed to give you a realistic idea of how an Enviro Clean business could develop as you build your customer base, increase your job volume and eventually expand your operation.
Year 1 to Year 5 projections
In Year 1, the projection is based on completing 542 domestic jobs with a conservative average order value of £120. This equates to approximately 11 jobs per week, typically achievable within 28 working hours.
In Year 2, the projection is based on our network average of 737 domestic jobs annually for second-year franchisees, with a modest 5% price increase.
For Year 3, the model assumes a replication of Year 1's job volume, while adding a second vehicle to the fleet and applying an additional 5% price increase. At this stage, the business has the foundation and structure to support sustainable expansion.
These are projections, not promises. Your actual turnover and profit will depend on your local area, the number of jobs you take on, your pricing, running costs and how you choose to operate your business.
What are existing franchisees achieving?
The best way to understand the potential is to look at what is actually happening across the network.
In a recent 2026 monthly snapshot, 15 established Enviro Clean franchisees generated the following:
The median means half of the 15 franchisees generated more than this figure, and half generated less. 10 of the 15 generated more than £8,000 in turnover during the month.
There are also individual examples that show how quickly a franchise can develop.
David Sandelands, Enviro Clean Derby
Generated £71,000 in turnover between January and July 2025.
Daniel Dewsnap, Enviro Clean Sheffield
Generated £45,000 in turnover during his first six months, and achieved £65,000 in profit in his first year, despite having no previous experience in the industry.
Of course, there is no guarantee that your results will look the same. Every franchisee starts from a different position and operates in a different area.
What these figures do show is the potential to build a business that can start as a relatively lean, owner-operated operation and develop into something much larger as your customer base, job volume and team grow.

How far could you grow your franchise?
An Enviro Clean franchise doesn't have to stay a one-person business.
You can start by running your own territory, building a customer base and getting established. As demand grows, you have the option to grow the business beyond what you can do yourself.
That could mean employing a technician, adding another vehicle or taking on more work. You can also choose to invest in an additional territory.
We already have franchisees who have taken this approach. Gary Rolfe owns both the Epsom and Cobham territories, while Niel owns both Stockport and Manchester.
Other franchisees have built teams around their businesses, employing people to carry out jobs on their behalf. This means they can take on more customers and grow their turnover without personally completing every job.
The important thing is that you don't have to decide all of this on day one. There isn't one definition of success — the model gives you the opportunity to decide what you want your franchise to become.
