For Gary Rolfe, that meant stepping away from a 25-year career in the casino industry, where he most recently held the position of Director of Gaming at The Ritz Casino.

Having never operated within the cleaning industry before, one of Gary’s biggest concerns was whether he could successfully transition into a completely different sector.
