Wow … just Wow !!! Just had my Carpets and rugs cleaned by Mike ….. what a fabulous job he did , I really feel that I’ve been out and bought new carpets and rugs throughout …. Mike was very friendly and obliging as I asked could he fit an “ Add on “ room and it wasn’t a single bit of trouble for him …. He’s done a sterling job and made an ( old girl ) middle aged lady a happy house proud girlie .
Would highly recommend Mike and will be passing his business card on to everyone I know .

What a lifesaver! Gave Enviro Clean Conwy a ring in what I was fully expecting to be a vain chance they could help me. I had borrowed a carpet cleaning maching just to try and clean my ruined carpet, and somehow made it even worse!
The gentleman I spoke to was Mark, and he explained he was finished for the day. However he said it was no problem and that he would come straight over and see what he could do. He was here in under an hour, spoke honestly about what we could expect, and was so friendly! While he was here I offered him a brew and all he wanted was a glass of water! He was extremely efficient, and the results are so much better than we expected. We thought the carpet was ruined, but honestly the results are amazing!
I would recommend Enviro Clean to anyone, and if you’re in North Wales it is Mark you will get. Also, the more rooms you do (he also can do Sofas chairs etc), the cheaper the price, so that makes them even better. One word, FANTASTIC! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mike cleaned our 2 lounge and stair carpets yesterday, removing doggie pawprints, tea stains and a surprising quantity of grime! He was super friendly and professional and we could not be happier with the results. He even has special fans to dry the carpets before he leaves. Although we have a carpet washer, it’s no match for his professional gear, chemicals and expertise. He was also able to fit us in within a few days which was handy. We’ll be calling him again to do the bedrooms and living rooms! Thoroughly recommended!

Is there anything I should prepare before the technician arrives?
To ensure the best possible results, we ask that you vacuum the areas that you wish to be cleaned a few days prior to your appointment. Please also move any large furniture items that a single technician cannot comfortably handle, although our operatives are happy to assist with smaller items. This helps save time and allows us to complete the job efficiently.
Do you accept payments in cash?
Yes- we accept Cash, Card, Contactless, & Bank transfer. We also only request payment once the job is completed- no deposit required.
How long will it take for my carpet to dry after cleaning?
Thanks to our powerful industrial steam cleaning machines, your carpets typically dry within just 2–3 hours. However, please note that drying times can vary depending on factors such as humidity, temperature, and the level of airflow in the room.
Do you move my furniture?
We will move your furniture to clean underneath at no extra cost if it’s safe and manageable to do so. Please remove any household items like plants, lamps, and other objects before we arrive, as this really helps our carpet cleaning techniques work effectively. If a piece of furniture is too heavy to move or cannot be moved safely, we won’t move it but we will clean around it as thoroughly as possible.
How long does it take to clean the carpet?
On average, it will take our technicians around 20 minutes per room. This time can vary depending on the amount of furniture to be moved, the size of the room and also the level of soilage.
