To ensure the best possible results, we ask that you vacuum the areas that you wish to be cleaned a few days prior to your appointment. Please also move any large furniture items that a single technician cannot comfortably handle, although our operatives are happy to assist with smaller items. We will move your furniture to clean underneath at no extra cost if it’s safe and manageable to do so. Please remove any household items like plants, lamps, and other objects before we arrive, as this really helps our carpet cleaning techniques work effectively. If a piece of furniture is too heavy to move or cannot be moved safely, we won’t move it but we will clean around it as thoroughly as possible.
