What are your working days and hours?
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offering flexible appointments to suit your schedule.
Is there anything I should prepare before the technician arrives?
To ensure the best possible results, we ask that you vacuum the areas that you wish to be cleaned a few days prior to your appointment. Please also move any large furniture items that a single technician cannot comfortably handle, although our operatives are happy to assist with smaller items. This helps save time and allows us to complete the job efficiently.
Do you accept payments in cash?
Yes- we accept Cash, Card, Contactless, & Bank transfer. We also only request payment once the job is completed- no deposit required.
How long will it take for my carpet to dry after cleaning?
Thanks to our powerful industrial steam cleaning machines, your carpets typically dry within just 2–3 hours. However, please note that drying times can vary depending on factors such as humidity, temperature, and the level of airflow in the room.
Do you move my furniture?
We will move your furniture to clean underneath at no extra cost if it’s safe and manageable to do so. Please remove any household items like plants, lamps, and other objects before we arrive, as this really helps our carpet cleaning techniques work effectively. If a piece of furniture is too heavy to move or cannot be moved safely, we won’t move it but we will clean around it as thoroughly as possible.

On average, it will take our technicians around 20 minutes per room. This time can vary depending on the amount of furniture to be moved, the size of the room and also the level of soilage.

We neutralise and extract all residues with advanced equipment, making sure your carpets are safe and ready to use. Finally, Dri Pods speed up drying, so your carpets are ready again as quickly as possible with minimal disruption.
Can you guarantee that stains will be removed?
While we strive to remove all carpet spots and stains, some may be permanent and cause lasting discolouration. The carpet’s age and material also affect the chances of complete stain removal.
What’s your process for cleaning upholstery?
We begin by assessing the condition of your upholstery- whether it simply needs refreshing or has specific spots or stains that require targeted treatment.
Based on the fabric type and the issue at hand, we select the most suitable and effective cleaning solution. This is then applied and gently agitated into the fibres to ensure even coverage and maximum effectiveness.
Finally, we extract all residues and speed up the drying process using DRI-PODs, helping your upholstery dry faster.

Upholstery typically dries within 4 to 6 hours. However, drying times can vary depending on factors like humidity, temperature, and airflow. While we aim for quick drying, exact times can’t be guaranteed due to these environmental conditions.
