Brilliant service from Tom. Nice genuine guy and did a great job of my stairs and landing after spilling coffee down them. would 100% recommend Tom and will be booking him back in soon to do our living room and office carpets. You don’t need to clear the room completely. Tom will shift lighter items like coffee tables, dining chairs, and footstools out of the way as he cleans. We just ask that you pick up loose items, small decorations, and toys from the floor beforehand. Heavy or fixed furniture, like large wardrobes or media units, will be cleaned around safely.
Our minimum charge starts at £75. The exact price depends on the size of your rooms, whether there are stairs, and the type of carpet or upholstery fabric being cleaned. We always provide a clear, fixed quote before starting any work so you know the cost upfront.
Most carpets and sofas take 2 to 4 hours to dry completely. We use high-suction extraction equipment that removes almost all the water during the wash, which keeps drying times quick despite Humber estuary dampness.
Yes, absolutely. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products that don’t leave behind any harsh chemical residues or strong smells. Your home is safe for children and pets as soon as Tom finishes the job.
We treat stubborn spots like coffee, tea, wine, and tracked-in garden dirt with specialist stain removers, and most marks come out. However, if a spill has permanently bleached or damaged the carpet fibers, it may not be possible to restore it completely.
