My dad had a fall and the carpet was heavily blood stained, the company were polite courteous even before arrival, giving advice re not treating the stain before arrival, kept me informed of their arrival time; Phil was lovely prompt courteous very efficient and the carpet looked like new after he had finished. However, if an older spill has permanently altered or bleached the carpet fibers over time, complete restoration cannot be guaranteed by any honest specialist.
