We had our living room and stairs cleaned on the 13 Sept, and they did an excellent job! We had some staining from our dog when he was a puppy, and they got all the stains out! Looks fantastic, we are so happy with the service received! We will definitely use again in future, reasonably priced.

Appointment booked at 3pm. Arrived at just after 1.30 meaning I had to leave work.
Booked for a living room and bedroom carpet and settee clean in a static caravan. After an hour they had finished. Found that the stains were still in the carpets, dark dirty line all around the edges and soaking wet. The cushions hadn’t been removed off the settee to be cleaned. Bottom of cushions and settee base filthy still. Sent office the pics and the cleaner. He returned. I showed him the issues. 30 mins later he said he had finished. Same issues. He still hadn’t moved the cushions or cleaned the base. Didn’t move the bedside cabinets either. I spoke to Daniel, the boss and explained the situation. He offered a £50 discount!!!! I explained that the settee and floor was soaking. He said that was due to the make of my settee and that it would dry in 4-6 hours. I said it would take 4-6 days!!! My wet/dry vax does a better job. They left me a dryer which was so noisy to assist in drying out the carpets and settee.
A full afternoon wasted and charged me for the pleasure.

Is there anything I should prepare before the technician arrives?
To ensure the best possible results, we ask that you vacuum the areas that you wish to be cleaned a few days prior to your appointment. Please also move any large furniture items that a single technician cannot comfortably handle, although our operatives are happy to assist with smaller items. This helps save time and allows us to complete the job efficiently.
Do you accept payments in cash?
Yes- we accept Cash, Card, Contactless, & Bank transfer. We also only request payment once the job is completed- no deposit required.
How long will it take for my carpet to dry after cleaning?
Thanks to our powerful industrial steam cleaning machines, your carpets typically dry within just 2–3 hours. However, please note that drying times can vary depending on factors such as humidity, temperature, and the level of airflow in the room.
Do you move my furniture?
We will move your furniture to clean underneath at no extra cost if it’s safe and manageable to do so. Please remove any household items like plants, lamps, and other objects before we arrive, as this really helps our carpet cleaning techniques work effectively. If a piece of furniture is too heavy to move or cannot be moved safely, we won’t move it but we will clean around it as thoroughly as possible.
How long does it take to clean the carpet?
On average, it will take our technicians around 20 minutes per room. This time can vary depending on the amount of furniture to be moved, the size of the room and also the level of soilage.
