In his first six months, Steve achieved a turnover of £25,000, later growing to £60,000 at end of his first year operating, a huge achievement, alongside the fact that 70–80% of his work self-generated from advertising, local reputation, and the brilliant service he provides.
It took around six months to build his existing clientele, and he now typically has bookings 1.5–2 weeks in advance with returning, and new customers. Steve invests £1,000 per month in advertising and describes the franchise’s support as great, helping him settle into his new business. Today, he enjoys full control of his schedule, financial stability, and the freedom that comes with running his own business.
